Professor Rashmi Baluja Tandon is an architect and urban planner with over two decades of academic experience. She holds a B.Arch. and a postgraduate degree in Urban & Regional Planning, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Architecture at SPA Delhi. Her primary research interests lie in architecture education quality, teaching pedagogy, curriculum and learning outcomes, and public space transformation, demonstrated through publications such as “An Approach Towards Total Quality in Architectural Education in India” and conference papers on urban heritage and streetscape redesign.
