The 13th International Conference on Education (ICEDU) 2027 aims to explore how education systems can evolve responsibly in an era shaped by artificial intelligence and increasing global interconnectedness. The conference focuses on advancing human-centered learning approaches while promoting innovation, equity, and sustainable educational transformation.

Your ICEDU 2027 journey starts with one account and one integrated platform. Through the TIIKM Conference Management System, can submit your abstract, your submission get reviewed and evaluated through the system, and connect with fellow participants at the conference time — all in one place.
Please review the following guidelines before you begin your submission.

How to Submit Your Abstract ?

Access the Submission Portal
Click the “Submit Abstract” button on the ICEDU 2027 conference website.

Create or Access Your Account
Enter your email address and click Search.
- New participants: You will be guided to create an author profile.
- Returning participants: Your existing TIIKM profile will be recognized automatically. You can update your details and proceed with your new submission.

Complete Your Profile
Enter your personal and institutional details, then proceed to the next step.

Select Your Participation Details
Choose your preferences for:

Biography length: 50–150 words

- Click “Add Co-Author.”
- Search for the co-author using their email address.
- If they already have a TIIKM profile, their details will be populated automatically.
- If they do not have a profile, enter their details manually.

Review & Submit
Before submitting, carefully review all the information you have entered.
Once everything is correct, click “Submit.”
You will receive an immediate confirmation email after your submission is successfully completed.

Our conference secretariat will manually process and upload your submission to the CRM system.
How do I submit an abstract?
To submit an abstract, click the “Submit Abstract” button on the conference website and select “Presenter Registration.” You will then be guided through account creation or access to your existing TIIKM profile (already registered participant for a previous conference), followed by the abstract submission process.
Do I need to create a new account to submit an abstract?
If you are a new participant, you will be guided to create your TIIKM profile. If you have previously participated in a TIIKM conference, your existing profile will be recognized when you enter your email address. You can review or update your details and proceed with your new submission.
Can I edit my abstract after submitting it?
If you need to make changes after submission, please check your submission status in the system. If editing is available, you can update your submission through your account. If you are unable to edit it, please contact the Conference Secretariat for assistance.

Can I submit abstracts to multiple conferences?
Yes. Your TIIKM account can be used across conferences available through the TIIKM Conference Management System. You can access the relevant conference and submit a separate abstract according to its submission requirements.
How can I track my submission?
Log in to your TIIKM Conference Management System account to view your submission details and status. Your submission will also go through the review and evaluation process within the system.
What happens after I submit my abstract?
Once you successfully submit your abstract, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Your submission will then proceed through the conference’s review and evaluation process. You can follow the progress of your submission through the secretariate [secretariat@educationconference.co].
How will I know if my abstract has been reviewed or evaluated?
The review and evaluation of your submission are managed through the TIIKM Conference Management System. Once the review is completed you`ll receive a mail automatically and through the secretariate.
What should I do if I experience an error while submitting my abstract?
First, check that all required fields have been completed and that the information you have entered meets the submission guidelines. If the issue continues, take a screenshot of the error, if possible, and contact the Conference Secretariat for assistance.
What if I do not receive a confirmation email?
Please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder first. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, verify your submission status by logging into your TIIKM account. If you need further assistance, contact the Conference Secretariat.
How do I contact support?
If you experience difficulties with the submission portal or need assistance with your submission, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
Can I add or update co-author details?
Yes. If your research has co-authors, you can use the “Add Co-Author” option during the submission process. You can search for a co-author using their email address. If they already have a TIIKM profile, their details will be populated automatically; otherwise, their details can be entered manually.
What information should I have ready before submitting?
Before starting your submission, please have your personal and institutional details, presentation preference, author category, participation category, research title, conference track, abstract, keywords, presenting author biography, and co-author details (if applicable) ready.

Abstract Guidelines
Basic Format for Abstracts
- An abstract is a compendious summary of a research paper’s substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
- It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 175-275.
- Keywords should be provided as a must (no more than 06 words).
- Keywords should be written in lowercase letters (Not applicable to names/scientific names) and should be separated with commas.
- Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
- Abstract titles should be short, but descriptive. Informative titles, indicating key points are encouraged. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
- Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
- Always follow SI Units.
- Scientific names must be in Italic.
- Use a negative exponent (e.g. kg m-3) and do not indicate units as divisions (e.g. kg/m3). Chemical formulae should be written in a standard form such as “CaCO3”, not as “CaCO3”. Use a zero before decimal points such as “0.45,” not “.45.”
- There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite references, please provide the sources in brackets.
About the Reviewing Process
- Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the International Scientific committee after its receipt.
- Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two weeks of submission.
- The Conference Chair serves as the head of the scientific committee and will take the final decision on abstracts.
- Acceptance or rejections of the paper will be sent to you with reviewer comments.
- If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.
- If your abstract is accepted, you will be invited to register for the Conference.

- Title: Times New Roman, 12 points, Upper case, Centered text in bold
- Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text
Affiliations
- Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of surname/family name.
- A superscript asterisk should be used for the corresponding author
- Names of affiliations should be given including the country.
- If there is more than one name and address, they should be related by superscript numbers.
- Eg:- Surname INITIALS1, Surname INITIALS1* and Surname INITIALS2 1Department, Faculty, University, Country 2Department, Institute, Country *author@gmail.com (*Email address of the corresponding author)
General Instructions
- Abstracts should represent the original work.
- Informative abstracts and critical abstracts are accepted.
- The Abstract should be written in English.
- Please indicate one – three most relevant themes for your abstract from the conference tracks.
- Please send in a brief biography together with the Abstract (An example is given in the abstract template).
- Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
- Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be asked to be revised.
- Documents received after the given deadline, due to any reason will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.
- The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) document.
Important information for the Co-Authors
- Please note a single registration permits only one person to attend the conference
- If the co-authors would like to attend the conference their registration and payment are required to be made independently.
- However, they will be given a discount of 15% from Non-Presenter’s (Listener’s) Registration Fee.
- The certificate will be issued to the co-authors upon their registration/payment for the conference.
- Please make prior communications with the organizing committee regarding this matter to enjoy the benefit of the discount.

You may send your abstract according to the Paper Submission Tracks & abstract guidelines. Different registration packages of the conference provide you so many benefits including food, conference pack, abstract book, eligibility to attend the technical sessions, career development workshops, publication opportunities etc. You can select different presentation modes according to your preference. Presentations awards are one of the key elements of the conference. The presenters at the conference will be evaluated by a special committee of academic experts during the conference and the best presenters will be awarded at the award ceremony.
